Source-supplied bottle description

It is on a fruity nose and a palate rich with a beautiful tension that the tasting of this white Crozes-Hermitage cuvée l'Exception takes place. Endowed with a very beautiful volume and a most refreshing palate, its unparalleled minerality is undoubtedly its main asset, the one you never get tired of, right up to the finish! This cuvée perfectly produced by the Mélody estate is to be associated as an aperitif with cubes of mature cheese, then to be continued at the table with scallops in butter. An exception, because the white Crozes-Hermitage represents only 5% of the appellation. To discover!

Evidence boundary

This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
