Domaine Borgeot Bourgogne Blanc Côte d'Or is a refined white Burgundy sourced from three carefully selected parcels in Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet. Fermented in stainless steel to preserve the purity of the fruit, the wine is then aged in French oak barrels, 15% new, lending subtle complexity and texture without overpowering the primary citrus and stone fruit flavours.
Meet the Producer
Founded in 1903, Domaine Borgeot is now run by brothers Laurent and Pascal Borgeot, the fourth generation of the family. The estate comprises 24 hectares across Bouzeron, Santenay, Chassagne-Montrachet, and Puligny-Montrachet, all sustainably farmed. The brothers combine careful oak usage with precise winemaking to create wines of elegance, freshness, and balance.
Production
Hand-harvested grapes are sorted and whole-bunch pressed. The must is cooled and settled before fermentation, which takes place in French oak barrels (15% new). The wine is aged for 11 months, allowing gentle integration of oak while retaining vibrant fruit character.

Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
