Bright ruby in color with beautiful aromas of red berries (cherries, strawberry, raspberry) mixed with delicate vegetal notes and a hint of spice and vanilla. Well-balanced and well-structured on the palate with deep and precise texture, elegant tannins, and a long and spicy finish with fruity notes. Delicate and refined aromas of cherries, pencil shavings, citrus peel, flowers and cured meat. The palate is seamless, with tight-grained tannins, precise acidity, a rounded and generous mouthfeel and an ethereal finish. The quality of the site shines brightly. Drink or hold. Subtle in aroma, this red evokes moderate yet pure flavors of cherry, strawberry and rose lifted by vibrant acidity and a line of chalky tannins. All of the components are balanced; they just need to integrate. Best from 2029 through 2045. Mid ruby with a lighter rim. More in the cherry aromatic profile to start, supple across the palate, then a firmer structure behind with both tannins and acidity. The fruit comes swarming back behind, doing what one hopes from a Grèves. Drink from 2030-2036. Tasted Oct 2024.Barrel Sample: 90-92

Evidence boundary

This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
