Domaine du Touch Gros Manseng Moelleux is an elegant off-dry white from Côtes de Gascogne in south-west France, made from 100% Gros Manseng — the noble grape of Gascony, best known for producing wines of aromatic intensity and natural sweetness. Brilliant platinum-yellow in the glass, with a nose of pink grapefruit, pomelo, berry jam, and lemongrass, complemented by subtle notes of bitter chocolate, cinnamon, and exotic spices. On the palate, creamy and light with good length and a lingering impression of berry jam and candied forest fruits.

Why You'll Love It

This is Gros Manseng Moelleux from Domaine du Touch in Côtes de Gascogne, a region in south-west France celebrated for its aromatic white wines. Moelleux — meaning ‘soft’ or ‘mellow’ in French — refers to a gently off-dry style that retains natural sweetness from the Gros Manseng grape while preserving freshness and aromatic complexity. Grapes are harvested quickly at the coolest time of day to preserve their delicate aromas, then carefully sorted and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by maturation on fine lees to harmonise and enhance texture. The result is a multi-faceted, creamy white wine with an exotic aromatic profile that is both distinctive and versatile at the table. Serve well chilled at 8–10°C. Evidence boundary

This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
