Source-supplied bottle description

Domaine des Capélaniers is one of four estates vinified by Moulin de la Roque, and embodies the authentic spirit of Provence. Nestling on terraces, between vines and ancient olive trees, this estate offers an exceptional panorama. On the road leading to Sainte Anne, you'll spot this typical building, just a stone's throw from the remains of an old oil mill. The farm has always produced wine, but it was in the 1970s that a real transformation took place: the estate chose to devote itself exclusively to the production of Bandol wine, a choice for which it is now renowned. The wine has a light ruby colour, heralding great freshness. On the nose, gourmet scents of strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant are subtly interwoven with a hint of spice. On the palate, it reveals a fleshy texture and a complex aromatic palate that is fresh, elegant and full of character.

Evidence boundary

This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
