Domaine Pierre Marchand et Fils is a family estate with deep roots in the Loire Valley, where Eric and Pascal Marchand have built on their parents' legacy with a commitment to minimum intervention and quality-focused viticulture. Les Loges is their classic French White Wine from the Pouilly-Fume appellation, made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown across 17 hectares of vines averaging 25 years of age.
Why You'll Love It
This is Pouilly-Fume at its most focused and elegant. The Marchand brothers' minimum intervention philosophy, combined with meticulous canopy and yield management, produces a White Wine of real concentration and terroir-driven character. Classic mineral and flinty notes define the appellation style, while the unoaked fermentation preserves the natural purity and aromatic precision of the Sauvignon Blanc. Vineyard and Production. Vines are Guyot-trained, with fertiliser applied only when necessary and treatments strictly limited. Spring green harvests and debudding carefully manage vine vigour and improve fruit quality, while cover crops help regulate yield and encourage naturally concentrated fruit. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled conditions over 18 to 20 days, with no oak ageing, allowing full expression of varietal purity.

Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
