Current owners Roger and Julie, a father and daughter combination, mix traditional viticulture with modern techniques, ensuring each bottle reflects the purity and complexity of the land. On the palate, the Clos Pitois Blanc offers a harmonious blend of apricot, lemon zest, and toasted almonds, supported by a creamy texture and vibrant acidity.
