Source-supplied bottle description

Grown on clay-limestone soil, cultivated with patience and passion. Made from 100% Vermentinu, this white Patrimonio reveals all the purity and freshness of this iconic grape variety. The destemmed grapes are gently pressed directly, then fermented using only indigenous yeasts, respecting the natural character of the terroir. SO² is added only before bottling, ensuring an authentic and controlled expression. Aged on fine lees for 8 to 10 months, it gains richness and balance, enhanced by a small addition of soleraa perpetual reserve started in 2017which lends it continuity and depth.
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
