The description below is the retailer’s own wording.

Combining complexity with freshness, Tempier Rosé embodies the perfect balance. Well-structured yet tannin-free, it captivates with its natural aromatic intensity, a far cry from standardised rosés. Crafted from a blend dominated by Mourvèdre, complemented by Grenache and Cinsault, it draws its richness from an exceptional terroir, blending limestone, dolomite and clay-limestone soils. A true geological patchwork that gives it depth and uniqueness. Carefully vinified – skin maceration, direct pressing, fermentation in stainless steel or concrete vats – it is aged for 6 to 8 months before bottling. Enjoy it young for its vibrant freshness, or after a few years to discover aromas of melon, candied citrus and rose petals. A rosé with character, spicy and fruity, perfect for enhancing your finest meals. A rare gem from Provence not to be missed.
