Source-supplied bottle description

Retained as supporting identification copy; the structured facts and evidence links above are kept separate.

Dow’s Fine White is crafted from traditional Douro Valley white grape varieties. Fermented at controlled temperatures of 18–22°C without skin contact, this wine is aged to achieve a balanced and approachable style, ready to enjoy upon bottling.

Winemaking

Aged for an average of three years, a portion of the wine is matured in wood to develop rich, nutty complexity, while the remainder is kept unwooded to preserve freshness and vibrant fruit character. Tasting Note Dow’s Fine White displays a rich golden colour with intense, complex aromas of nuts and subtle fruit. On the palate, it is balanced and smooth, with excellent acidity and a long, satisfying finish. Food Matching Serve chilled to enhance its crisp fruit flavours. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with light desserts.

Evidence boundary

This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
