Meet the Producer
Emiliana is a leading Chilean producer and pioneer of organic and biodynamic winemaking. Since 1998, the estate has focused on crafting expressive wines with respect for the environment and vineyard workers.
Production
The grapes are hand-picked and vinified in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures using selected yeasts. Gentle pumpovers and delicate lees stirring enhance texture and complexity. The wine is fined with bentonite and cold-stabilized before bottling to ensure clarity and stability.

Bright pale yellow in colour with aromas of citrus and tropical fruits. The palate is rich and generous, showing notes of mango, pineapple, and orange, balanced by fresh acidity.
