Source-supplied bottle description
Retained as supporting identification copy; the structured facts and evidence links above are kept separate.
A rather pale rose that almost carries the appearance of a Provence Rose. The nose shows notes of red cherries on a bed of gentle warm ripe strawberries. The palate is medium to dry weight with a fresh summer fruit base and silky yet refreshing finish. Delicate and very easy to drink chilled. The Rapel Valley lies with the Pacific Ocean to the west, the Andes Mountains to the east, and the province of Curicó to the south. This area is particularly well suited for growing Carmenère, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon. This is a transversal valley of Chile’s central zone with unique climatic conditions, including four clearly defined seasons and a unique blend of maritime breezes and Andean winds. The hand-picked grapes were transported to the winery and selected from a conveyor belt to ensure maximum quality.
Food Pairing
We think this is best enjoyed on its own. If you were to pair with food we would suggest creamy cheeses or light fish dishes. Other Emiliana Wines can be found here.
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
