Source-supplied bottle description

Retained as supporting identification copy; the structured facts and evidence links above are kept separate.

The Tornatore family has been cultivating the vineyards and terroir of Castiglione di Sicilia, at the foot of Mount Etna, since the 1930s. The family now owns 60 hectares, situated at altitudes between 550 and 700 metres, making it one of the largest estates in the Etna DOC. Tornatore’s Etna Bianco is a typical Sicilian white wine. It has a straw-yellow colour, and the nose is fruity and mineral, with vegetal and herbaceous notes. Fresh and briny on the palate, its pronounced minerality pairs perfectly with its fruity structure. This wine pairs well with fish dishes, white meat, or a selection of fresh and mature cheeses.

Evidence boundary

This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
