When you think of Languedoc Syrah, you picture very sun-drenched wines with maturity and concentration… Not so here! You might well find this Syrah takes you by surprise in a blind tasting! On the nose, it’s the aromas of fresh fruits such as violet and redcurrant that take the lead, already setting the tone for a wine characterised by freshness! On the palate, the initial impressions are confirmed, with lovely tension that brings plenty of zing and a very pleasant juiciness. The finish remains characteristic of Syrahs, with a peppery touch, whilst the little extra something comes from the briny notes!

Evidence boundary

This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
