Finca Capeliños 2023 is from a hot year, but the grapes have been harvested earlier in recent years to achieve moderate alcohol and the macerations have been shortened to achieve more elegant and harmonious wines. The 2023s are quite open and expressive, and the Capeliños displays impressive notes of violet pastille and a slightly Mediterranean herbal note. Fine and deliciously fruity, it is one of the oldest and most traditional wines in the family and is a gustatory gem. Tasted by the greatest critics, this cuvée leaves the taste buds of all connoisseurs in suspense. The tannins are very fine but quite abundant. Only 1,000 bottles produced.
