Source-supplied bottle description

A sparkling wine from the exceptional terroir of Franciacorta, in the Lombardy region, between Lake Iseo and the surrounding hills. Clarabella reveals its entire philosophy here: organic viticulture, traditional know-how and respect for the soil. Approximately 85% of the must is aged in stainless steel vats and 15% in barrels. The wine remains on the lees for 20 to 30 months, depending on the batch, before disgorging, using the traditional Champagne method. Its bouquet is pleasantly fruity, with notes of lime zest, green pear and refreshing mint, enhanced by a hint of ginger, notes of toast, a touch of minerality and a pleasant toasted nuance from the barrel. It has a clean, juicy attack with harmonious acidity, and is well balanced by a salty, mineral base and a fine, elegant and persistent mousse.
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
