The wine offers a golden hue with an intense aromatic profile of acacia flowers and bright citrus fruits, while the palate is voluminous and elegantly balanced, showing fresh lemon, grapefruit, and subtle notes of glazed peach and apricot.
Meet the Producer
Complices de Loire is a collaborative venture between François-Xavier Barc and Gérald Vallée, both rooted in the Loire Valley. François-Xavier brings expertise from Chinon and Saint-Emilion, while Gérald manages his family estate, Domaine de la Cotelleraie, in Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil. Together, they focus on producing terroir-driven wines that express the freshness and elegance of the Loire Valley.
Production
Hand-harvested Chenin Blanc grapes are gently pressed and aged in old French oak barrels for a minimum of six months. This method adds subtle complexity while preserving the freshness and natural acidity of the variety.

Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
