On the nose, this champagne reveals aromas of pollen flower, brioche, toast and hazelnut, thanks to ageing on the lees for two years. On the palate, it is full-bodied and rich, with a fine, persistent foam. The aromas of ripe fruit and honey are balanced by a subtle minerality. It can be enjoyed now for its complexity and has good ageing potential. Fragrant and enticing, with chalk, mineral, spice, apple blossom and graphite aromatics lacing flavors of tangerine, lime peel, poached quince and pear, and blanched almond and toast point. This mouthwatering version is firm and finely meshed, with a satiny texture and long, long finish. Disgorged April 2024. Drink now through 2040. Pastry aromas dominate with lemon curd, butter and spring flowers. Pinprick bubbles with crisp acidity, a lean yet elegant palate, light body and a toasty mineral finish. Drink or hold.
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
