Source-supplied bottle description

This wine expresses all the aromatic intensity of the highlands of South Tyrol. Grown at altitudes of between 350 and 450 metres, the vines benefit from an alpine climate that brings freshness and precision to this iconic grape variety. Harvests are meticulous and closely monitored to ensure the grapes reach perfect ripeness. The grapes produce a full-bodied and vibrant wine, aged for several months on fine lees to develop texture and depth. The nose is fragrant and generous, with notes of fresh rose, lychee, ripe pineapple and delicate spices. On the palate, it is generous and intensely fragrant, underpinned by a lovely tension that balances its aromatic richness. The finish is long and expressive, leaving an exotic and vibrant sensation. A white wine with character, perfect for pairing with spicy dishes, shellfish or simply as an aperitif with friends.
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
