Source-supplied bottle description
Retained as supporting identification copy; the structured facts and evidence links above are kept separate.
Made from the estate's finest vines, organically farmed and hand-harvested south of Lake Iseo (in the province of Brescia, Lombardy), this Franciacorta Brutbased on Pinot Noir and predominantly Chardonnay (85 per cent)is deeply rooted in the origins of the Ferghettina estate. In the half-bottle, this sparkling wineshaped by the cool, temperate climate of the Alpine regionis refined and complex. Produced using the traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle (or the Champagne method) and aged on its lees for two years, Ferghettina's Franciacorta Brut contains very little residual sugar and reveals fine, lively bubbles, a creamy mousse and a rich aromatic profile, characteristic of the appellation. Ripe orchard fruits (peach, apple), white flowers, and notes of citrus and spices (lemon and ginger) blend with briny and brioche-like nuances in a lively, fresh and full-bodied palate that is thoroughly convincing.
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
