Source-supplied bottle description

Appearance: limpid green/gold with lemon highlights Aroma: Delightful and bold scents of white field flowers, lemon curd, peach skin, pink grapefruit, and citrus oils are supported by notes of nutmeal, brioche and vanilla pod. Subtle hints of hazelnuts, and a faint charry note from the toasted oak, help to complete the aromatic experience. This is a beautifully complex nose, but still driven by the powerful Margaret River fruit. Palate: Restrained and mineral, but still with surprising texture and weight of flavour. The characters of the nose flow through, and are amplified by the textures and physical sensations of the palate. There is a wonderful mid palate generosity, off-set by a mineral acidity that makes the wine finish clean, but does not dull the persistence or length of flavours. It is a wine of subtleties and nuance that manages to walk the tightrope of textural generosity, while retaining an elegance and poise. Above all, it is classic Margaret River Chardonnay.
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
