The description below is the retailer’s own wording.

Grown on terraced granite and alluvial soils, this white wine benefits from a continental climate with Mediterranean influences. Careful winemaking, combining gentle pressing, juice selection and fermentation in tanks and barrels, aims to preserve the fruit’s vibrancy. Ageing on fine lees in stainless steel tanks and 400-litre barrels, punctuated by regular stirring, enriches its structure. It reveals a deep golden colour and a delicate bouquet of white flowers, apricot and vine peach. On the palate: freshness, a velvety attack, depth imparted by the oak ageing, and a surprisingly lingering finish. A white wine with ageing potential, equally at home with refined cuisine as with bold cheese pairings.
