The Collection 246 cuvée represents the House's 246th blend since its creation. The bouquet opens with aromas of yellow fruit and candied citrus, enriched by woody, toasty and vanilla notes, derived from the 24 per cent of the wine aged in French oak casks. Delicate reductive notes, with hints of shellfish, sea salt and toast, lend a lovely precision, enhanced by the finesse of the Chardonnay. Flavours of peach and pollen come through with lightness and delicacy. The effervescence, soft and creamy, releases fine bubbles that prolong a mouth-watering sensation, underpinned by salty and chalky notes. The texture, which is fresh, lively and slightly powdery, enlivens the mid-palate. The long, harmonious finish lingers with smoky and toasty nuances derived from the Réserve Perpétuelle.
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
