Source-supplied bottle description
Retained as supporting identification copy; the structured facts and evidence links above are kept separate.
A light pink rosé with a fine mousse. The intriguing nose suggests aromas of raspberry, apples and citrus; the low dosage enables the fruit characters to come to the fore in this wine. The palate is crisp and flavourful, with ripe apple and raspberry flavours, followed by a long and savoury finish. This versatile sparkling wine goes well with a range of food but ideal for a celebration. Serve at 8 degrees.
Grape Variety
Reichensteiner, Huxulrebe, Kerner, Rondo, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Seyval Blanc Vinification: Each varietal was whole bunch pressed and fermented separately at a cool temperature to preserve the aromas. A small proportion of the red varietals used in the blend were macerated for a short period to extract a little colour. After blending, a tirage was added and the wine underwent secondary fermentation in bottle. Before being disgorged, this wine was aged on lees for over 18 months.
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
