La Crema Monterey Chardonnay is a sustainable, vineyard-certified wine that showcases the unique coastal terroir and climate of Monterey, California. Vinification Grapes were gently pressed and allowed to settle for 24 hours before racking to barrel for fermentation. The wine was aged on lees for 5–6 months, with monthly stirring to enhance texture and complexity. Winemaker comments On the nose, the wine displays aromas of grilled pineapple, Asian pear, tangerine, and papaya. The palate reveals flavours of white peach, Anjou pear, Key lime, and honeydew melon, complemented by subtle barrel spice and a hint of riverstone minerality. Balanced acidity carries through to a long, refreshing finish. Food match Pairs beautifully with grilled seafood, roasted chicken, creamy pasta, or fresh salads. Grape Chardonnay 100%
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
