The Georges Vernay domaine is recognised for its quality wines and particularly for their Condrieux and Hermitages. All the domaine's wines are remarkable, as both their refined touch and their salinity enhance their flavours. The secret? There are no secrets, nothing but work and a lot of attention. Located in the heart of the Saint Joseph appellation, the granite plot has 45-year-old vines and allows the wines to develop a nice minerality and a seductive spicy side. The Dame Brune wine, soft, textured, with typical notes of Syrah / Shiraz reveals aromas of black fruit, laurel and spices that will become more expressive and exquisite gradually over the years: a great wine !
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
