La Jasse Blanc from Domaine Gauby is a vibrant and unique white wine, made from a selection of Muscat Petit Grain complemented by Muscat d'Alexandrie, which has been vinified as a macerated wine (also known as orange wine). The white grapes macerate with their skins before being pressed, giving the wine its orange hue and slightly tannic structure. On tasting, it seduces with its floral and citrus nose, while the palate combines finesse and freshness with a beautiful length.
