This Minervois-La-Livinière has an outstanding balance between a round, fresh palate and subtle tannins that give depth and panache. This blend of Grenache and Syrah comes from high-altitude schist plots. The juices are vinified separately, then partly aged in oak demi muid barrels for 10 months. In conversion to organic growing.
