Made from the vineyard's finest grapes, Lanzaga reflects the estate's approach: respect for the terroir, bush-pruning, rustic blending, organic viticulture, fermentation in concrete tanks, and ageing in casks and barrels of various origins. The result is a complex expression of the village of Lanciego in La Rioja. There are notes of wild herbs and tangy white pepper against fresh undertones of cherries, plums, citrus zest and sweet red berries. Polished, earthy tannins are evenly distributed across the medium-bodied palate, alongside juicy, lively berries. A refined wine that will age beautifully.
