In the legendary setting of the Commanderie de Peyrassol, in the heart of the Massif des Maures, a rare cuvée is born, from a single, precious plot: Le Clos Peyrassol. Surrounded by low stone walls and steeped in the thousand-year history of the Knights Templar, this exceptional vineyard gives life, only in exceptional vintages, to the estate's most prestigious cuvée. At an altitude of 330 metres, between sky and garrigue, the vines flourish on light-drenched clay-limestone soil. The noble grape varieties Cinsault, Grenache and Tibouren express the full complexity of their terroir here. The winemaker's expert hand crafts a rosé with a full-bodied, refined profile and great freshness.
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
