Source-supplied bottle description

On the steep slopes of Domaine des Bergeries, where sheep have long shaped the landscape, Eloïse and Jean-Luc have chosen to reveal the richness of a preserved terroir. Here, every vine tells a story of patience, respect for nature and authenticity. Made from Syrah and Cinsault, this red boasts a brilliant ruby colour with garnet highlights. On the nose, it captivates with notes of pepper and red fruits, leading to a subtly liquorice-tinged finish. On the palate, the wine is soft and harmonious, with a mellow structure and an easy-drinking quality, the result of careful ageing in barrels and concrete vats. Every step, from pruning the vines to the hand-harvest, follows the lunar cycles. The soils are enriched with natural fertilisers (organic sheep manure and 11 varieties of organic seeds).
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
