Source-supplied bottle description
Retained as supporting identification copy; the structured facts and evidence links above are kept separate.
Les Canonnières thrives on particularly well-drained sandy and gravelly soils. This light terroir allows the Cabernet Franc to develop a frank expression, driven by fruit and freshness. Vinification is carried out traditionally in stainless steel vats, followed by ageing for at least eight months, in order to preserve the aromatic purity whilst lending suppleness to the wine as a whole. On the palate, the wine stands out for its finesse and supple texture, with a light structure that allows the fruit to express itself fully. The lingering finish prolongs this sensation of freshness and indulgence. Versatile, it can be served slightly chilled and pairs equally well with toasted meats, game or dishes served in sauce.
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
