The description below is the retailer’s own wording.
Benefiting from excellent weather conditions, the 2024 vintage is a generous year, both in terms of quality and quantity. The Perrin family therefore offers us a cuvée with superb complexity, featuring pronounced aromas of garrigue and red fruits. Grown on very clay-rich soils with gravel from the Ouvèze, the Grenache—which makes up the vast majority of this wine—develops a fleshy character. Its typical aromas of chocolate, cherry and fig blend perfectly with those of the Syrah. Opulent on the palate, it is well-balanced right through to its very long, silky finish. It goes without saying that this cuvée can be cellared for around ten years before being enjoyed.
