Source-supplied bottle description
Retained as supporting identification copy; the structured facts and evidence links above are kept separate.
Les Créots, the former ‘Clémence’ cuvée, is located in the relatively unknown village of Thauvenay, on the south-eastern edge of the appellation. Its quartz-flecked clay soils provide fertile ground for producing quality wines. This cuvée has a floral profile, accompanied by notes of citrus fruit and white peach, as well as great freshness. The wine is vinified and matured on the lees in vats, preserving all the freshness and delicacy of the fruit. Like all Domaine Pinard wines, Les Créots is neither filtered nor fined.
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
