Source-supplied bottle description

This Condrieu showcases the full expression of Viognier on the granite-rich slopes of Saint-Michel-sur-Rhône and Vérin. Hand-harvested, the grapes are vinified and aged in demi-muids for several months to preserve the fruit's vibrancy whilst adding complexity. The absence of malolactic fermentation helps to retain a lovely tension and plenty of freshness. The wine reveals generous aromas of ripe fruit, accompanied by brioche and slightly praline notes. The palate is full-bodied, elegant and balanced by a delicate minerality. A cuvée that is both indulgent and precise, true to the style of the great Condrieus!

Evidence boundary

This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
