Read the retailer’s description
The description below is the retailer’s own wording.
It is a wine of great purity that reveals itself after a brief decanting. Made from 100% Syrah grown on the slopes of Tupin, Semons and Ampuis, Les Méandres is a perfectly balanced wine, where the purity and freshness of black fruits and liquorice are enveloped by delicate tannins and subtle oak, thanks to the use of just 10 per cent new barrels during its 14-month ageing process. A fine wine, little-known, yet one that deserves to be in the spotlight to enhance fine dining. Still in its youth, it can be aged for 5 to 10 years to allow it time to develop fully.
