Carefully cultivated on a 2-hectare plot in Courchamps, this 100% Chenin Saumur Blanc reveals all the richness of its clay-limestone terroir. Organically farmed, the 10-year-old vineyard is worked with respect, from simple Guyot pruning to manual harvesting and rigorous selection. Vinification takes place in 25-hectolitre Stockinger casks, where the wine is left to rest for 24 months, developing a beautiful aromatic complexity and elegant texture. With 13% alcohol, this wine offers a perfect balance between freshness, minerality and depth, expressing the purity and finesse typical of Chenin from the Loire. On the palate, it reveals a marked liveliness, blending notes of white fruit and citrus, supported by a long and elegant saline finish that invites further tasting.
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
