Appearance: a luminous yellow of good depth Nose: Penetrating, intense, multi-layered. Exceptional elegance, fruit and floral presence: lantana, jasmine, wisteria, acacia and orange blossom, hawthorn combine with apricot, peach, melon and grapefruit. Refined creamy notes of vanilla, custard, sweet almond and hazelnut are enriched by balsamic sensations of thyme, nettle, mint leaves and mallow. Palate: Complex and elegant. Soft attack with a lively acidic note. Richness of sensations in the palate and great consistency with the nose: Granny Smith apple, yellow peach, papaya, white flowers, citrus and balsamic hints. The tannic structure well supports the minerality. Full finish with great persistence. A restrained wine with aromas of minerals, herbs, stones, dried flowers, elderflowers, citrus zest, gooseberries, pink grapefruit and white chocolate. Very silky and medium-bodied, focused on pure elegance, with crisp if not zesty acidity and a long, salty finish. Outstanding. Drink or hold. This taut, mineral-driven personality emphasizes tension and longevity, and it is worth noting that the wine was not produced in 2020, further highlighting the selective approach taken in its production. A mineral-driven white, creamy on the palate but well-cut by refreshing acidity. Rich but well-balanced, though compact today, with lightly honeyed notes of poached pear, apricot, preserved lemon, creamed almond and mountain herbs gaining greater expression in th
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
