Source-supplied bottle description
Retained as supporting identification copy; the structured facts and evidence links above are kept separate.
Masseto's Massetino is a blend of predominantly Merlot with a touch of Cabernet Franc. The richly perfumed aromas of sweet berries, violet, raspberry and rose are immediately memorable for their persistence and fullness. The wine is concentrated and layered, its opulent texture slowly coating the glass. The black fruit is accompanied by carefully selected oak, and the intensity of both develops on the palate with grace, sparkle and tenacity. Medium-bodied, with very fine, velvety tannins that extend throughout, this vintage lends itself to particularly long ageing in the cellar.
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
