Inspired by the tradition of Alsatian Edelzwickers, the Mémoire 2023 cuvée pays tribute to Jean Dirler, the estate's founding figure and a key shaper of its identity. Created to mark the 150th anniversary of Domaine Jean Dirler in 2020, it has since carried on this spirit of tradition through a blend that brings together all the estate's grape varieties, with the exception of Pinot Noir. Conceived as a nod to the blended wines of yesteryear, this cuvée reinterprets the style with rigour and precision, showcasing the richness and diversity of the family vineyard. It embodies both the memory of the past and the estate's contemporary vision, now guided by a philosophy focused on the truest expression of the terroir. The 2023 vintage offers a harmonious balance between aromatic intensity, freshness and finesse. Each grape variety makes its own contribution: the floral notes of Muscat, the structure of Riesling, the fullness of Gewurztraminer and the delicacy of the other varieties, resulting in a complete, expressive and approachable wine. Mémoire 2023 thus stands out for its lively and unifying character; it is a wine to be shared, celebrating both the estate's history and the diversity of its terroirs.

Evidence boundary

This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
