Meet the Producer
Mendel Wines represents a unique partnership between the established Argentine Sielecki family and the renowned winemaker Roberto de la Mota, whose father Don Raúl de la Mota was one of Argentina's most celebrated winemakers. Founded in 2002, the estate is dedicated to producing wines of exceptional quality and authenticity from Mendoza's finest vineyard sites, combining deep local knowledge with a passion for precision and elegance. Vineyard and Production Whole bunches are pneumatically pressed before the musts are fermented separately in small stainless steel tanks at 16°C to preserve maximum freshness and aromatic intensity. Malolactic fermentation is deliberately avoided to retain the wine's vibrant acidity and crisp, fruit-driven character. After fermentation, the individual varieties are blended and bottled to create Rosadia's signature Provence-inspired style.

Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
