Its strategic location, unique soils, and great respect for the terroir make this company one of the most acclaimed in the area. The award-winning Izbor Meneghetti extra-virgin olive oil is produced with olives of the indigenous Istrian Buža variety, the most widespread cultivar on the Istrian peninsula, grown on the Stancija Meneghetti estate. This coastal area of Croatia is widely regarded as one of the most prestigious olive-growing regions in the Mediterranean due to the high organoleptic qualities of the local olive oils. Meneghetti Olive Oil Izbor is proof of this, with consistently excellent scores from the prestigious Flos Olei guide and repeated top recognitions in various other specialized guides such as L'etravergine. This is an intensely fruity olive oil with a clear, golden color and greenish highlights.
