Julien Viana from Cellier de la Baraterie offers us a wonderful Mondeuse. In a style characteristic of the grape variety, we find a spicy and floral wine on the nose, with in particular very pleasant notes of green pepper. With great suppleness and immense freshness on the palate, the wine delicately leads us to a long and persistent finish with silky tannins. Accompanied by a beautiful piece of red meat, this organic Mondeuse will splash you with all its class!
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
