Mora & Memo é Rosato is an elegant, mineral rosé from the Isola dei Nuraghi IGT in Sardinia , crafted from a blend of Monica and Cannonau by the mother and daughter team of Elicia and Leya Telani. Vegan, organically farmed, and sealed with a glass closure, it is a wine of real purity, freshness, and a distinctly Sardinian sense of place.
Why You'll Love It
Winner of the Wine Merchant Top 100 2026 and Best Rosé 2026, é Rosato is one of the most decorated rosé wines in its category. The beautiful Mora & Memo estate sits high in the hills of south-eastern Sardinia, just a few kilometres from the sea, focused on growing the island's indigenous varieties with minimal intervention and a delicate touch. The result is a range of elegant, vibrant, and mineral wines that are unmistakably Sardinian in character, executed in a thoroughly modern way. Labels are designed by Sardinian artist Katia Marcias, with themes that celebrate the island's strong matriarchal values.
Vineyard & Production
Sourced from vineyards at around 150 metres above sea level, with vines of approximately 30 years of age rooted in limestone and clay soils. Sardinia's warm climate supports balanced ripening, contributing to the fresh, floral, and lightly structured character typical of Isola dei Nuraghi rosà. White vinification is used, with immediate separation of the skins from the must, followed by clarification of the juice. Fermentation continues at a controlled temperature of 15 degrees for approximately 25 days in stainless steel tanks, before light filtration and early bottling to preserve the wine's aromas and freshness.
Tasting Notes
Bright salmon in the glass. The nose is aromatic and rich with nuances of cherry, raspberry, and blackberry, with delicate floral notes and a subtle hint of salinity. Both elegant and intense, the wine achieves a harmonious balance between nose and palate, with vibrant, well-integrated acidity enhancing its structure and length.

Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
