The description below is the retailer’s own wording.

Henry Pellé's estate, which practises integrated farming, has become a leader and the foremost ambassador for the Menetou-Salon appellation. This cuvée reveals delicate aromas of fresh red fruits such as cherry, raspberry and strawberry, sometimes accompanied by subtle floral or spicy notes. With its silky texture, it features fine tannins that contribute to a sense of balance and finesse. The fruity flavours are well-defined, with a lovely length on the finish and a mineral touch reminiscent of the region’s limestone terroir. Whilst this wine can be enjoyed whilst still young, it also has ageing potential that will allow it to develop more complex aromas over time.
