This Moulin-à-Vent "Le Petit Brennay" 2023 perfectly embodies the nobility of the most prestigious appellation in Beaujolais. On a terroir of weathered granite and ancient alluvial deposits, the old Gamay vines (60 years old) produce a concentrated and racy juice. Careful vinification, with partial destemming and indigenous yeasts, reveals a deep and harmonious wine, aged for 18 months in concrete vats to preserve all the fruit's brightness and the typical structure of the vintage. An authentic, precise and long-lasting wine, reflecting the expertise of the Perrachon family, passionate winemakers at Château Bonnet. Awarded 2 stars in the Guide Hachette 2026. A Moulin-à-Vent at its finest: charm and power in perfect balance.
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
