Source-supplied bottle description

Musar Jeune White comes from organically certified vineyards in the Bekaa Valley, sourced from two distinct terroirs. Vermentino and Chardonnay are grown on limestone soils, while Viognier is cultivated on silty soils. Both vineyard areas sit at 1,000 metres above sea level. Grape Varieties Viognier 40%, Vermentino 30%, Chardonnay 30% Vermentino, native to Sardinia and Corsica, thrives in the Eastern Mediterranean climate, contributing citrus, mineral, and marine notes. Chardonnay adds richness, while Viognier provides fragrant floral aromas. Vineyard Region Bekaa Valley, Lebanon Winemaking The grapes were fermented separately in stainless steel vats at 20°C to preserve freshness and varietal character. After blending, the wine was cold-stabilised and bottled.

Tasting Notes

The wine has a clear, bright, subtle lemon colour. The nose offers aromas of stone fruits such as peaches and apricots, alongside herbal notes of thyme and oregano. On the palate, fruit and minerality are dominant, complemented by a gentle yet full-bodied texture. Serving Recommendations Serve lightly chilled as an aperitif or alongside Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine, including olives and charcuterie.

Evidence boundary

This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
