The grapes are fermented in concrete vats at 27-29°C using a non-interventionist approach. The wine is unoaked and unfiltered, preserving the purity and character of the fruit.
Tasting Notes
Deep purple-beetroot in colour. The nose is dominated by fresh red fruits, strawberries, and cherries, with savoury, earthy depth and hints of spice and black pepper.
