Nyetimber Rosé NV is a refined English sparkling wine, crafted exclusively from estate-grown Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier. The grapes come from south-facing vineyards planted on chalk and greensand soils across Nyetimber’s holdings in Sussex, Hampshire, and Kent. Hand-harvested at optimal ripeness, the grapes are vinified parcel by parcel in stainless steel and undergo the traditional method of sparkling wine production, with at least three years on lees followed by careful disgorgement. The result is a vibrant, elegant rosé with balanced fruit and fine, creamy texture.
Meet the Producer
Established in 1988, Nyetimber is a pioneering English sparkling wine estate and the first producer in England to craft wines exclusively from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier. Owner Eric Heerema and Head Winemaker Cherie Spriggs continue to produce wines of Grande Marque quality, using only estate-grown fruit from meticulously managed vineyards.
Production
Grapes are hand-picked parcel by parcel to ensure optimal maturity. Each vineyard parcel is fermented separately in stainless steel, allowing diversity in the base wines. The wine is aged on its lees for at least three years and receives additional post-disgorgement maturation before release.

Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
