Full bottle 1,314 g. 65% Grenache, 35% Syrah, 30-year-old hand-picked vineson sandy silt over limestone. 95% destemmed, 5% whole bunches. The Syrahwas aged for eight months in French demi-muids and barriques, the Grenachein tank.Brilliant purplish crimson. Meaty/juicy Grenache nose with real structure onthe palate. This is not ready but is built to evolve! If you are to drink it now,choose some fairy substantial food with it. Lively, punchy finish with a realtingle to it.
